Under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre, in collaboration with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized a specialized seminar entitled “Arbitration in Banking, Insurance, and Finance Contracts.”
The event brought together a distinguished group of experts and specialists who explored the current landscape and challenges of arbitration within these vital sectors, emphasizing its role in fostering a sustainable business environment and reinforcing economic stability.
Concluding the seminar, the Centre announced the organization of its upcoming international conference, “Muscat Arbitration Days 2025,” scheduled to take place from 2 to 4 December 2025. The conference will convene prominent leaders, experts, and practitioners from both local and international arenas, serving as a strategic platform for exchanging expertise and addressing key issues shaping the arbitration industry in the region and worldwide.
