In line with its ongoing efforts to promote its services and areas of jurisdiction, as well as to raise awareness and foster a culture of alternative dispute resolution, the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre conducted an introductory meeting with specialists from Sohar Aluminium.
During the meeting, Dr. Saeed Al-Badi, Chief Executive Officer of the Centre, delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining the Centre’s mandate, its significance as a neutral platform for the resolution of commercial disputes, and its vital role in enhancing the business environment and investment climate within the Sultanate of Oman.
