A strong start to 2026 for the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre and Jus Mundi with The Third Mind – When Arbitrators and Algorithms Think Together.
The session offered a detailed analysis of AI in arbitration practice— from core AI concepts and large language models to concrete use cases across the arbitral lifecycle, alongside key discussions on limitations, bias, ethics, and regulation, including the EU AI Act.
It was encouraging to see arbitrators, experts, lawyers, and students engage actively with these issues, reflecting a shared understanding that AI is now an operational reality for dispute resolution.
