Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre Holds Specialized Seminar on Arbitration in Banking, Insurance, and Finance Contracts

\r\nUnder the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre, in collaboration with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized a specialized seminar entitled \u201cArbitration in Banking, Insurance, and Finance Contracts.\u201d
\r\nThe event brought together a distinguished group of experts and specialists who explored the current landscape and challenges of arbitration within these vital sectors, emphasizing its role in fostering a sustainable business environment and reinforcing economic stability.
\r\nConcluding the seminar, the Centre announced the organization of its upcoming international conference, \u201cMuscat Arbitration Days 2025,\u201d scheduled to take place from 2 to 4 December 2025.
